Our Organizational Model

"© The In Pairs Model, 2018-2024" is our specific, integrative and innovative organizational model. It lays the foundations of a Culture that flees from "pure" hierarchies and extols the value of contrast and balance with "the Other/s."

 

Internally, this framing results in a flat organizational chart, with minimal layers or levels, where departments are run in tandem at a managerial level. Projects are completed by ad hoc functional units, with multidisciplinary teams from the departments able to add value on a project-specific basis, where we flow loosely and always respect the cultural framework we created.

Two heads better than one.

We use the "Pair" as an ideal framework for building and sharing responsibilities. We promote the integration of skills from different but complementary profiles in the management areas to achieve a healthy, creative, critical, and rich generative tension, whose sum (1+1) is always more than two. Likewise, we replicate the integrative philosophy of this formula beyond management whenever we work as a team.

Don’t worry, we all have the same goal.

This approach, which is inclusive and horizontal (not vertical), also promotes the creation of an intimate, relaxed, and close-knit peer-to-peer atmosphere, where people flow and share in confidence. Emotional reactions are defused, making it easier for the team to concentrate on what is most important, on the common goal, and on the primary task (focus), dispelling sterile distractions that do not contribute to the equation.

Learning from each other.

This context also encourages the transfer of knowledge and facilitates the mature development of each team member. We base our idea of professional development on self-responsibility, motivating the team to be the protagonists of their own continuous improvement and their individual worth. We do this by fostering training and by creating and nurturing collective learning environments daily.

It is impossible to do so with rigid models that do not put people at the center. Doing WELL, feeling WELL.

Our team assessments are called "Doing WELL", because they are intended to encapsulate two of the main meanings of this expression, which are both key for us: "performing well" and "feeling well".

As a team, we ask ourselves on a regular basis...

 

· ... if we are doing things well, which includes doing things in consonance with our culture and values (self-assessment).

 

· ... how we are feeling along the way (feedback).
